JASON KEIST, LSW
Jason brings a deep commitment to empowerment, connection, and client-centered care. He earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 2009, graduating from the Advocacy, Leadership, and Social Change program, and comes to us with a long list of professional accomplishments and years of meaningful clinical experience.
Jason has worked with individuals, couples, and families, with experience serving adolescents, though his primary focus has been with adults. His clinical approach is grounded in humanistic and somatic modalities, emphasizing grounding, sitting with feelings in space, and motivational interviewing. He supports clients navigating grief and loss, anxiety, self-esteem, self-efficacy concerns, neurodivergence, and couples work.
Jason describes himself as a “relator”—someone who naturally creates comfort and connection, moves fluidly with clients across topics, and consistently “brings empowerment” into the room so clients maintain agency in their own healing.
