ONE NIGHT ONLY IN PERSON GROUP FOR ADULTS

THE RESILIENT HEALER

CARING FOR YOURSELF IN THE FACE OF BURNOUT

November 6TH from 6:00-7:30pm CDT

Elliott Counseling Group will be running a one night in person Group at our Mattoon, IL location.

Registration is NOW OPEN.

As mental health professionals, we talk about self-care with our clients constantly, but are we taking our own advice? Burnout is becoming increasingly prevalent in the mental health field. However, we can be resilient in the face of burnout by preventatively caring for ourselves. In The Resilient Healer Group, you will learn the prevalence of burnout, discuss the stigma behind self-care for the mental health professional, and tips on how to care for yourself and recover from burnout.

This group is appropriate for adults of all genders seeking to better understand the mental health challenges healthcare workers face. This group will be a one night group held at our Mattoon, IL location on November 06th, 2024. If you are interested in joining the group, please FILL OUT FORM BELOW to get signed up.
