What kind of provider do you see yourself as?
“I am generally quite relaxed and provide information for what clients need to expect when working together in session. Clients are aware that I do expect them to bring information, topics or things they would like to work on when they come to session though I am observant of potential avoidance of clinical discussions they are perhaps fearful of working on or talking about. I bring a lot of skills work into session which may include assigning homework to review a handout or practice a skill that was reviewed in session prior.”
