
Daniaja Davis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed her internship with Parkland . Her decision to pursue a degree in social work developed when she discovered Women and Gender Studies. She has experience in working with treatment planning, assessments, and crisis intervention.
Daniaja is comfortable working with children, teens, young adults, and adults on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, spirituality exploration, and religious trauma. When it comes to her therapeutic style, Daniaja likes to start things off with conversational and skill-based techniques. Some of the modalities that she utilizes include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy.
