Credit Card Processing Change

In order to improve our services and security measures, we will be transitioning to a new credit card processor.

As part of this transition, we kindly request that you update your credit card information with us. Your security is of utmost importance to us, and we assure you that our new processor employs the highest standards of encryption and data security to safeguard your information. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We greatly appreciate your continued trust and cooperation as we work to enhance our services for you.

As an added layer of security, your card will be charged $1 upon entering your information to capture the information securely. This will be added as a credit on your account and applied to future copays, deductibles, or other charges.

You can add your card on file via online or over the phone with our reception team at any time. If you update your card at the time of making another payment, (such as at the time of an appointment with a charge), the $1 security charge/credit, will not be applicable or needed.
