Kristin Rice is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois. Her previous experience includes inpatient work involving adolescents and young adults and crisis intervention. She has worked immensely with individuals who experience psychosis, as well as the families of these individuals. Kristin works with individuals in a group home, teaching independent skill building. Her other areas of experience include, but are not limited to:

- Individuals on the Autism spectrum
- Substance Abuse
- End of Life
Kristin uses an individualistic approach. She values each client for who they are, and will adjust her approach appropriately. She instills her clients with self-empowerment and provides tools and skills so that they can cope and navigate life independently.
