Jeffrey Boyd is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts in Education from Olivet Nazarene University. Jeffrey has several years of experience working as a child welfare caseworker and school social worker. He has assisted clients with grief, anxiety, depression, school refusal, anger management, self-esteem, developmental disorders and divorce.
As a therapist he creates an accepting nonjudgmental space with his client centered approach. Jeffrey utilizes a variety of treatment approaches that include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
Interesting fact#1: He ritualistically listens to Neo-Soul music while working out several times a week.
