Educational Advocacy with E.A.S.E.

Building a Bridge Between Family and the School System

Educational Advocacy with E.A.S.E. is ideal for parents and families with children receiving Early Intervention services who have academic struggles, disabilities,
mental health concerns, or who currently have an accommodation plan
or IEP who would like assistance and/or support navigating
the educational system, accessing services, or otherwise advocating for children.

Educating parents and families regarding the educational system in Illinois, especially as it pertains to RTI, Section 504, IDEA and Special Education.

Advocating for the client’s best interest regarding educational decision making.

Supporting the creation and revision of accommodation plans and IEP documents that are cohesive, based on multiple data points and assessment methods that meet standards of the best practices.

Encouraging effective and positive communication between home and school.
