Chris Ray is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 25 years helping people plan and implement change in their lives, the last 19 of those years as a professional counselor. She has experience working with a wide variety of issues with people who experience substance abuse, depression, relationship problems, spiritual struggles, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, domestic violence and mental health concerns.
She has an eclectic approach to therapy using strength based, client driven therapies including, but not limited to, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, developing a strong, non judgmental relationship with each client.

Interesting Fact #1: Enjoyed exciting pastimes through scuba diving, travel, living on a sailboat for 16 months and piloting hot air balloons.
Interesting Fact #2: I tend to change creative hobbies every 3-5 years. Currently I am enjoying wood turning and crochet.
