Janelle Hall is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. She has experience in outpatient, inpatient, and crisis settings. She specializes in working with people struggling with substance abuse and process addictions (food, gambling, sex/porn, etc), survivors of trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, self-worth and identity.
Janelle enjoys building a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment and has a direct, but gentle, approach. She encourages clients to build upon tools they already possess and incorporate new strategies into finding a greater sense of wellness. She utilizes a holistic approach including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and believes the mind-body connection plays a big role in feeling whole.
